"The first room given to us was not ready to be moved in. Still had the last residents towels, garbage, and bed sheets in the room. The front desk staff made it right though by giving us an upgraded room with no extra charge. Overall, it wasn't a bad stay."

"Our first room had no AC, Rey the desk manager assigned to another room. That room the TV would not work (no signal), she walked us to another room and couldn't get that AC to work, finally the 4th had both. We then found that the pool was closed permanently.....so this hotel I can't recommend to families. Then the workout room was closed.... honestly if weren't so tired from driving - we would have left."
