"The one thing I did not like: There was no beach water access We could walk to beach but due to the huge rock borders we could not get in water which was a huge disappointment "

"This rental is one of the best on the market. If you have not stayed at The Seagate, you should really look at it for your next trip to St. Simons. Everything that you need is within walking distance with a beautiful beach with access point right at your front door. The view from our room of the ocean was amazing to wake up to everyday and listen to the ocean waves every night. The evenings were spectacular to watch the sun set over the water. "

"Beautiful home in the Historic district. Dogs loved the yrad with a fence around it. Plenty of nearby parks. A amenities and bed was so comfortable. Couldn't ask for more. "

"Our stay at SSI was great! Shipwatch is an older property but met our needs. The beach was never crowded, the pool was always clean, and parking was easy to find. Bring a beach cart because it is a bit of a walk if you are hauling things to the beach with you. Ben was a great host! "

"The condo is exactly as states and pictured- very modern and nicely decorated. We made this our home base for a week of exploring St Simon’s Island and Jekyll Island. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable and having 2 bathrooms were great. "It was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. We did not know where the outside trash cans were so we went to the other condo and put our trash in the dumpster. Not sure if that was correct or not.We did take the trolley historic tour and that was lovely. We ate at several of your suggested restaurants. "

"Great accommodations. Easy to follow instructions on entry and exit. Very tranquil, peaceful. Sleep Number bed could have slept all day. Perfect for a weekend get away! Try Sal’s Pizza in St. Simons! Great slice!"

"This is a beautiful condo with an ocean view from all rooms. Very nicely furnished and equipped. I really appreciated the tea kettle in the kitchen. Everything you need is provided. The grounds are well maintained and the beach is easy to access. The pool area is nice, not noisy. Just to the north on the beach is East Park and a wonderful WWII museum and just to he south is Massengale Park which has a floating bridge over the marsh and provides easy beach access even at high tide.
