"The room was lovely and clean, well fit for purpose for our short stay in Nottingham. The location of the hotel was brilliant as well as the breakfast, the sourdough bread was delicious. Parking was additionally convenient and well priced compared to local parking garages. The rooms however don’t have air conditioning (there was a fan, which was fine) which may be tricky for overly hot months. Overall, we had a great stay at a wonderful hotel, thank you Harts!"

"The property is in a run down part of Nottingham and quite difficult to find. There was a small sofa in the room with lots of stains, one of the lights in the bathroom didn't work and there is on opening window which made the room feel very clastrophobic. Its not terrible value for money but had it not been for the test match in Nottingham, I would have felt the price too high."

"At this level, Air Conditioning should be provided, especially after our renovation. We knew there was not air-conditioning and the fan helped on very warm night. This was a newly renovated room and several items were omitted or not completed. First of all the shower was designed that would be difficult for most people to get in and out of. "We had a basic twin room with 2 single beds (comfy enough), air conditioned (a welcome treat in this heat) the toilet/shower area is a bit small though, the rooms and corridors were clean and tidy, the staff were very friendly and polite, they serve a full continental breakfast and the hotel does have 24-hour food service (Pizza, grilled cheese and deserts) for between midnight and breakfast, great for us that came back at 3am after been out for drinks, and lastly there is parking straight...
