"I booked hotel on the same day of the stay. It turns out a form must be filled in and completed prior to being allowed in just the hotel reception. Upon finding this detail out as I arrived at the hotel, it was quite the disappointing experience that cannot be matched by having an on site host. "Very nice hotel, exceptionally good staff. Only problem was it’s quite a distance from the city centre. If you’re up for a trek, you could take the canal path, but not good if you have loads to carry. Would definitely stay there again and now being aware of the location would plan accordingly. "
