"I arrived a few hours early, but my room was available immediately. A lovely room with modern bathroom. I was in the single, which served my needs very well. Well heated. No problem with noise. Very close to train station. Godalming is a beautiful town."

"Truly a gem of a place to stay . We had wedding reception to attend at the stag so booked two days . The management and staff were so professional which put them up with five star status. The pub restaurant was alway fully book a reflection of how good the food is . I gem of a place and will definitely return . "

"My stay at The Percy Arms was absolutely amazing! I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone. The staff are warm, welcoming, and incredibly friendly. The food is outstanding – I highly recommend trying the South African breakfast, it’s a definite 10/10!"

"The young lady who checked us in on Saturday 28th June was superb. Very professional and friendly and set a lovely tone to the start of our trip. The honesty bar, although we didn't use it, was a lovely touch and the garden was lovely to sit out in."

"We stayed here in the Tudor 4 poster room. While some of the reviews mentioned noise in some of the suites, we only heard guests downstairs when we were in the bathroom and then only in the afternoon. It was quiet in the evening / night. It was a great place to stay after a 5,000 mile trip from the Western US and recover from jet lag before going on to meet friends and family elsewhere in the UK. (It’s about a hour from Heathrow). "We needed an overnight bed and breakfast option after attending a wedding at nearby Farnham Castle. Dawyk Beech fitted the bill perfectly and was less expensive than an overnight at the castle. Our en suite room was a very generous size overlooking the lovely garden with a comfortable king bed.
