"Great lake view from porch & cabin, even from the bed! Cozy cabin fully furnished, just need to bring the groceries. Firepit right out back door & porch is furnished, so no need to bring chairs. Pet-friendly. Lake dock out back for fishing & boating. Very quiet, off season. We will go back!"

"Such great hosts to work with! Well supplied home with an incredible deck, covered area & hot tub! Huge well stocked kitchen made group meals a breeze. Lake access was great with a private dock enabling us to kayak without having to drag our kayaks back every time. Generous with dish soap, laundry, & shower products & paper products without us having to re-stock midway like most furnished rentals. Comfy beds & couches. We will stay again! "

"The house/cabin was perfect for a long weekend with friends. Lots of space for games, food, relaxing. The sauna was an excellent extra. We were there in the winter so we spent most of the time inside. Excellent hosts that were very responsive. No problems."

"We had a family group of 21 at the Log Inn and had a great time! The listing is accurate to the letter & the property is lovingly maintained. Got to chat with Jerry briefly - he is a treat! Make sure to appreciate his original artwork. The place is super clean. It has the odd small scrape or scuff, which is inevitable for a place so big. It is VERY well equipped including bath towels, linens, even toys. The kitchen has every appliance you can imagine & service for 40 was not an exaggeration....

"10/10! Came into town for a volleyball tournament and the host was quick for communication and accommodations. Property was perfect for the three of us. Very Close to lots of food options & groceries. We are from Michigan and it happened to be very nice here and the outdoor pool at the neighboring building was phenomenal for some last min sun. If we ever make it back to Mankato this will be the FIRST property that I look for. You will not regret it! Thank you so much! "

"The property was beautiful inside and out. Lots of spaces for gathering. Made good use of the kayaks and paddle boards. The lake is so calm and serene. The kitchen works well for a crowd, but could be better stocked and organized. Our family had the best time and would definitely go back!"

"We booked this home as a place to stay while attending a trade show in Mankato. It was perfect! Location was great- 7 mins from the event center. It was modern,clean and fit our needs perfectly. The bedrooms are large enough that my daughter was able to set up her pack n play/sleep pod set up easily in the room and there was still plenty of room to comfortably walk around still in the bedroom. "This was an amazing place!! Perfect for my wife and 11 year old son as we visited big brother at Shattuck St Mary’s! My little guy got to fish and we saw lots of fish action around the dock. I just couldn’t find the right bait!We were able to make breakfast easily in the morning!If there are SSM Families looking at this property, it was less than 20 minutes to campus!We will be back!"
