"I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy!
However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!"

"Pool deck not cleaned (false eye lashes and a swim suit liner there the several days we were there), had a stained fitted sheet which they had me change myself instead of doing it (and I had to bring the old sheet to them before I could get a new one, not great customer service on this situation, room phone did not work), breakfast was ok but somewhat slow to be restocked. Overall good though and would consider staying again. Easy on and off the interstate."

"I checked in online but arrived to find my reservation had been canceled. I was given a room for my first canceled night but left to fend for myself the second night during graduation weekend when the hotels were either sold out or extremely expensive. There is no coffee in the rooms. The lighting in the rooms is terrible and the breakfast has very few decent options. I wouldn’t stay here again."

"The property smelt like dog urine, was not maintained well, very expensive because it was CSU’s graduation weekend
Would not have chosen this hotel otherwise
The staff was very nice, but I suspect had nothing to do with the upkeep of the hotel. This is a management issue and or ownership.
I would never recommend this hotel to anybody probably one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in"
