"The staff was great, and the room was clean. Please be ware you’ll pay nearly $40 per day to mandatory valet park. The breakfast is also the worst option and execution I’ve ever experienced There wasn’t a single item that wasn’t cold and was near edible. Even the toast was moldy. The room itself was awesome."

"Iron didn't work and leaked water on my clothes. Took two calls to get a new iron. Telephone didn't work well and could not hear reception on the phone. The AC was very loud coming on and off all the time. Hall door closed with a very loud bang. Toilet flushing woudl wake anyboudy from a sound sleep. Nice staff though"

"The bed is not pillow topped as described, the shower floor was cracked and can cause injury. Shower floor is incredibly slick while dry, and even worse when wet. The soap dispensers in the shower did not work, the toilet was not secured to the floor, we did not get a snack box as it says we would for a premium room. "
