Things to note: -had difficulty getting into front door with my code - had to call multiple times -original room smelled like mildew and bed was uncomfortable However: -customer service was 100/10. Placemakr Downtown Pittsburgh at The Pennsylvanian
Walking distance to train and bus transportation. Walking distance to the Strip District. Kitchen was clean and well equipped. Room was quiet, even tho there was a wedding taking place in the hotel. It is a very lovely restored building. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
The check-in process is inconvenient, parking is difficult, and the overall cleanliness is below average. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
