"I used to stay at Red Roofs when I traveled for work. They were so much better than this one. In the room the paint was peeling off the ceiling in a large area. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work so any odor came out in the room. There were 3 of us and there were only towels for 2. "I *used* to stay here 4x a year. It’s always been convenient, affordable, right off the highway, and not luxurious but totally acceptable to stay for a quick night off the road. "My husband and I had a wonderful two day stay. We were greeted by Joan when we drove up. Our room was beautiful, spacious and homey. Breakfast was delicious both days and the company was amazing. The conversations were warm and welcoming. It was close to our concert venue as well as our friends in Ohio. I would love to return for a stay."

"We traveled for 12 hours and arrived at 10:30pm. We were greeted with "the suite you booked is no longer available". Anna at the front desk blamed "maintenance issues". We were given two separate rooms with one king bed each - we are a family of 5 including three teens. I don't know how this was expected to work, and I absolutely did not appreciate Anna arguing with me in the lobby on what the sleeping arrangements should be. "Excellent hotel, our room was very clean and beautiful bathroom, the staff that we interacted with were all very friendly but the older gentleman that I assume was the manager was phenomenal! Would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again when we come back to visit our relatives that live there. Job well done!"

"The room was ok but pretty outdated compared to other places I have stayed. When booking it asks you to pay for breakfast which I thought since I paid it would be available during breakfast hours. That was not the case, everything was sold à la carte in the bistro so the upcharge was unnecessary. Other than that it was ok for a one night stay to sleep. I wouldn’t book for an extended period of time. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were cheap."

"The property is undergoing new renovations. The rooms are spacious and upgraded. They’re very nice. The outside grounds are not the greatest. The property has so many potholes that are hazardous. This needs to be corrected. Immediately. The staff were great, very friendly and attentive.Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay. It’s a good location."

"I checked in and was provided a room. My wife is in a wheelchair. The room was not wheelchair accessible. They changed room to an "accessible room"(?) which the wheelchair brushed both the wall and bed footboard at the same time. The beds were hard as a 2" PC of foam on a piece of plywood. The lights from the "Mall" across the road shined in the window all night... I will never stay there again."
