The only negatives were the housekeeping staff were literally constantly on their phones with speaker phone speaking another language, very loud and not exactly professional or appropriate in a hotel where people want rest. The breakfast wasn’t great but we don’t really book for the free breakfast so it didn’t take away from the 5 stars o gave"

"I found the Acoma House quite charming, clean and loved the artwork. There was not really a kitchen but a fridge, microwave and hotplate, which I did not use. My only complaint was the coffee maker, which took pods and didn’t give a full cup. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area"

"Todo estuvo bien, estoy muy céntrico de la ciudad. Solo no me hicieron la habitación 2 días, tal vez porque salíamos más tarde de cuando pasaron, el último día sí la limpiaron. Lo único que es importante, es revisar todas las especificaciones porque yo no me di cuenta que la habitación no tenía baño, estaba afuera y son baños compartidos con todas las habitaciones del piso."
