    This beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home can sleep 9 people or with the use of a Queen sofa sleeper & sleeper chairs fit as many as 13, perfect for groups of families and friends! The master bedroom hosts a King bed, as well as a smart TV and an ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub. The queen bedroom features a smart TV as well and has a shared bathroom in the hall. In the bunk room, you will find a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed. No matter what you enjoy, Tiki Oasis at Ladera is sure to have something for you!

Great place for teens !

We traveled with our three teens and they were thrilled with the different entertainment options as well as the hot tub and mini golf course. Wonderful place to stay.

Our family had so much fun at the Tiki House. The house and grounds were very clean and well kept, exactly as the pictures presented. There was something for everyone! We would definitely consider vacationing at the Tiki House again!

Loved our stay!

This home had everything our family of 7 was hoping for. We loved the pool and spa. The home was super clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Loved that it has a EV Charger which worked great for my Tesla. We will definitely be back.

Very clean, lovely property

We stayed two nights and a day in this property and loved every minute we were there. The pool and hot tub were clean and in good working order. Beds were comfy. House was clean. The games in the garage were the favorites of our kids. Will be starting again!

We had a great stay! They had everything we needed on property.

We really enjoyed our stay. They had everything we needed right on property. They had plenty of laundry detergent, soap, shampoo and conditioner, etc. the only thing we didn’t love was the community pool directly behind our house.

Something for everyone

Clean well maintained property with well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, loaded with amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub, swim spa, putting green, fire pit, ping pong table, air hockey, and BB shoot out games in the garage. Located close to Zions Park, Snow Canyon and many more outdoor adventures. Was an amazing 10 days perfect for our family vacation. Red Sands management made the entire process from booking, check in and check out were easy and seamless.

Just as advertised, very clean, had everything we needed (hand soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap…). Management was very organized and responded quickly to any questions I had. I loved the tiki hot tub and the cooling tub was awesome too. All the games they had were fun too!

Before we even left we were booking our return...

There are not enough positive words in the english language to say about Tiki Oasis. It was stunning, meticulously organized, clean, had endless activities. Truly cannot wait to return! The staff was responsive, accomodating and gracious. This property is PERFECT.

Incredible get away!!

My family had such an amazing time! My kids were so entertained at the home wer” honestly could have spent our entire 4 days just staying at the house. The hot tub and swim spa were huge hits. My kids enjoyed beating my wife and I at the basketball throwing game and ping pong. We can't wait to come back. My boys asked we make it a tradition.

Wonderful property!!!! We really enjoyed our stay! Only thing was the outside TV remote didn't work and we tried replacing the batteries. Also there was supposed to be 3 remotes according to the sheet in the living room but there was only 2. Minor! Will stay here again for sure, we loved it!
