"The location and size of the room was very nice but there were a lot of gnats in our room and a crazy amount of cockroaches outside our room at night. I wish the windows had curtains. The room was very bright in the morning with just the blinds and the sun windows. The extra towels and blankets were very nice though."

"We absolutely love this property and the host. This was our second stay, and everything was perfect. It’s the ideal size for a couple — cozy, quiet, and comfortable. My personal favorite is the jet spa tub.The room is always super clean, and the host stocks fresh muffins, yogurt cups, fruit cups, and coffee pods for each day. Check‑in is easy, and the location is close to Zion, local stores, and restaurants.Truly a wonderful place to stay."

"This place was everything we needed for our Southern Utah trip. It was very clean, private, and even bigger than we expected. The property was beautiful, the farm animals were awesome, and the friendly cat welcoming us every day was such a fun touch. Communication was fast, they were thoughtful and helpful with anything we needed, and we would absolutely stay here again. "Absolutely wonderful stay! We loved the location, and our studio was perfect—not to mention the spectacular canyon views. The restaurant and hot springs were within walking distance, and Zion was just a short drive away. We stayed in the two-person studio, but they also have accommodations for larger families. Some of the tiny homes can sleep up to eight people. We didn't use the pool or fire pits, but they looked like great amenities. The manager was incredibly friendly, gave us a tour of the...
