    Bienvenido a "Curtis Ladera", una de las casas más nuevas que se ofrecen para alquileres de vacaciones. En el nuevo y prometedor desarrollo de Ladera. Esta hermosa casa de dos pisos tiene todo lo que necesita para una cómoda estancia hogareña. Hay muchas rutas de senderismo o ciclismo en todo el desarrollo durante horas de exploración o conduzca 20 minutos hasta el Parque Nacional Zion.

    El primer piso de Curtis Ladera es espacioso y acogedor. La sala de estar cuenta con sillones reclinables y sofás para levantarse y relajarse mientras mira algunos televisores. La hermosa cocina está bien provista de todos los artículos que necesita para preparar y servir comidas y meriendas a sus familias. Los electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y las encimeras de cuarzo blanco hacen de esta una cocina moderna y elegante. Asientos en la encimera para tres! El comedor tiene una mesa grande y asientos para 7. El patio cubierto está justo afuera del comedor y tiene un ventilador de techo para mayor comodidad mientras disfruta de la mesa y las sillas del patio. No olvide la parrilla para opciones de cocción adicionales durante todo el año. De vuelta adentro encontrarás la suite principal ubicada junto al comedor. El principal tiene una cama king y un televisor y un baño principal grande con lavamanos doble, ducha y bañera profunda, armario para ropa blanca y vestidor grande. Hay un querido segundo dormitorio con una cama queen, un baño completo adicional completa este piso.

    Arriba puede disfrutar de una espaciosa y encantadora habitación familiar con sillones reclinables de cuero y TV de pantalla plana. Dos habitaciones más agregan el toque final al segundo piso. El primer dormitorio privado tiene un ambiente de granja con su cama queen, mesita de noche y tocador. El cuarto dormitorio tiene 3 camas individuales con mucho encanto. Otro baño completo agrega comodidad y funcionalidad para este piso. Hay una lavadora y secadora en el lavadero.

    Su estadía no podría establecerse en una casa privada más perfecta. Una cancha de baloncesto en la gran plataforma para vehículos recreativos y el garaje para dos autos hacen que esta casa sea ideal.

    Esta comunidad TIENE estacionamiento para casas rodantes y remolques, pero es muy limitado: la disponibilidad se basa en el orden de llegada. El estacionamiento al aire libre adicional para vehículos recreativos y remolques está disponible en Block Storage por solo $ 10 por día. Llame a Block Storage para hacer reservaciones.

Perfect house to accomodate the whole family

The house was a newer home and very clean and had all the extra amenities one could ask for. It was easy to check in and out and was close to some restaurants and a Walmart. It was all you could ask for in an Vrbo!

Very nice

We really enjoyed staying in this nice sunny home! The upstairs game room was a great addition. Having a bathroom for each bedroom was nice.

The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could possible need. The beds were so comfortable. Having a bathroom for every room was nice and the two family rooms was great. Extra parking was a huge plus! We would love to come backB

Beautiful, clean and great location.

We loved this property, it was so clean, the house layout was perfect. The kitchen utensils and appliances were very nice. All bedding and rooms were very clean. We will definitely be back.

UTV Takeover

We stayed here for UTV Takeover in Sand Hollow. The trailer parking with the RV pad as well as the trailer parking up the street in the subdivision is really convenient. The house is close to sand hollow, but was far enough to get away from the crowd when needed!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our rental. Everything was beautiful and well stocked. The house was very roomy for all of us and more than comfortable. We needed a place for Thanksgiving weekend and this worked perfectly.

Nice, comfortable house

Very clean and homey place. Spacious & loved the tall doors & high ceilings. Lots of storage space. Loved the recliners and all the ceiling fans. Enjoyed there were two family rooms so the older adults didn't have to be with the younger ones. (Honestly, you know it's the other way around.) Cute patio with a nice view of moon rise and sunrise. Super easy to get to the house. Since it was on the "busy" street, I worried about hearing vehicles while sleeping, but it wasn't an issue at all. Coffee pot was wonky, but still brewed up a good cup. (I think the handle is loose, but it's not like anyone would know unless they brewed a pot.) We were only their briefly so didn't really explore all the amenities or even look at the pool.

We had plenty of space for our family. The kitchen was well stocked, my kids loved the pool, and the beds were all very comfortable.

Beautiful home stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Located 30 min from ZION Park and minutes from St. George. Neighborhood is quiet and family friendly. Would stay here again!

Christmas in Utah

We loved that this house had two separate living areas we could utilize. We had a minor issue with the hot water and the property manager had it fixed within the hour. Enjoyed our time in Utah.
