The Desert Splash is a truly unique experience. This stunning home is designed to give ample space with your group in mind. With both floors having an open space floor plan, there is plenty of room to hang out altogether!

As you walk into your home away from home you will be embraced with the most beautiful and modern home décor. The living room has a large flat screen Smart TV with streaming to enjoy your favorite shows. The kitchen and dining area can seat 12, enough space to sit together, if more is needed there is extra seating available with the 8 ft Lifetime folding table plus eight chairs hanging in the garage. The kitchen is fully equipped and has stainless steel appliances, join in to make your groups favorite meals!

There are three bedrooms on the main level. One master with a king size bed and private bath, luxury bedding and flat screen TV with streaming. The second room has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The third bedroom has a queen bed with a flat screen TV and a Jack & Jill bathroom.

Upstairs is truly the hang out area! Living area has a 50” flat screen Smart TV, comfy wrap around couch and a Legends Ultimate Home Arcade machine! This area also has a trundle bunk bed and a full-size bathroom. Down the hall there are three more bedrooms. One has a king size bed with its own private bath and flat screen TV. Bedroom number two has a queen bed, flat screen TV and shares a Jack & Jill bathroom with the third bedroom that has two sets of bunk beds. This room also leads out to a second story patio. The common area can also hold two roll outs and four mattress sleepers.

Desert Splash features two beautiful outdoor patios, a front porch, plus grassy areas, and full landscaping to make this the perfect place for the indoor/outdoor experience southern Utah is famous for. Sliding doors off the main living area open to a North patio with views of the sunset as well as near daylong shade. The West patio is gated and features a firepit and BBQ – all under a beautiful Pergola. Situated nearby is the Swim Spa.

What is a Swim Spa?
The Hydro Pool Swim Spa acts as a small swimming pool or a large hot tub, depending on the time of year. When using, please rinse off before entering the water. There is an outside shower provided. This model has two swim jets that mimic the natural resistance of water to help you get the most out of a swim or workout. There is plenty of room in this 14ft pool for the kiddos to splash around on a hot summer day. Watch them swim, while making dinner on the BBQ or unwinding by the firepit as the sun sets.
NOTICE: The Swim Spa is currently set to be a pool. Contoured seating for up to 9 people and massaging jets offer built in hydrotherapy and relaxation. All of these options are available in the privacy of Desert Splash’s own gated patio. If staying during the months of Oct - Mar there is an additional 50$ for your visit to assist in the extra cost of keeping your spool hot and ready!

The kitchen was designed with ease of travel in mind and is equipped with the following:

Additional Information:
The Resort Lap/Sports Pool is heated to 80 degrees and open year round.
The Hot Pool is open year round.
The Lazy River is not heated and opens early April, weather permitting.
The 18 Hole Mini Golf Course is open year round. With the rental of this charming home you get a discount.
WiFi is a must and this property has plenty.
Early check in and extended check out is an option based on availability ( fees may be included) Please talk with the onsite property manager to take advantage of this benefit.
The day before your arrival date you will get an email from Desert Sky with the entrance door code. This code is specific to you for your safety and security.
