"Management seems to be terrible. All staff are unhappy and complaining about the new management threatening to fire them and get new staff. They are always out of food items and you have to share staff for the front desk and bar area."

"I wouldn't reccomend staying here as a female solo traveler or couple. Although most things are fairly similar to the pictures, it is true that you need to read reviews carefully and know what to look for. There were strange sounds coming from some of the rooms that were somewhat concerning. The lock on the door to our room was not secure. "Everything was just OK. Not really any better or worse than I expected. The real problem was the heat would not shut off. Even when you put it in the cool position, heat blared out of the vent. There was also an AC unit in the outside wall. We shut the heat, totally off and cranked the AC, but there was no cool air coming from it at all. I will see that I don’t generally have complaints and we have stayed here several times before, but this particular time was not comfortable."

"The hotel is very comfortable and the atmosphere feels safe and clean. Unfortunately the person who was at the front desk wasn't the most courteous one. My family and I got 3 rooms for our 2 nights stating for a graduation ceremony in the area. We felt unwelcome as not getting the sense of helping and assisting with the questions and help we get from other places we rent and hotels. Not everyone is the same but to work with people you need to learn how to speak and offer a better service"
