"The staff was amazing and Paul was absolutely so amazing from when we walked through the door welcoming us and seeing if the kids wanted any fruit. We had a suite and the guest before us was a global customer and extended their stay, so we didn't get in our room on time, but once that customer left they had our room cleaned and ready for us in no time. As an aging person I would not stay there again because you don’t have any shuttle to the airport and it’s a very long way to get there. Any hotel that I’ve ever stayed at that was near an airport had shuttle service. I’m very surprised that you don’t. FMK."

"The room was comfortable and the shower was great. No breakfast option available, but there is a great spot just a few steps away. Room service was quick and very good. There is a speaker in the bathroom to listen to what is on the TV. Only issue is if there is an event with the rooftop bar, you can hear the music if you are on the 5th floor.
