"Breakfast was fresh my room was very clean smelled refreshing i enjoyed my stay"

"Room was clean, bed was comfortable, air worked great in room, breakfast was good. Easy to get too and there is a driveway to the back of Walmart and Sam’s so that it is easy to get to those if you need something. "

The property itself feels very dated, with a rough entrance and parking lot. There were feral cats roaming the area, and it appeared that some long-term residents were frequently gathered outside. "Always friendly clean"

"Staff was great! Other comments: We reserved an accessible room and it was in a different part of the building with a elevator all the way past the event center. How does that make sense for the mobility impaired? Room was fine, clean, but needed updates. Towels were like sandpaper."

"The room was not in the best condition. When I pulled back the sheets there were strands human hair in the bedding. The most inner layered sheet had stains. If they cleaned the sheets prior to my stay they did not do a good job. "

"My favorite place to go when I'm in Longview since I have pets. Miss April is the best! They're always welcoming, always helpful, always friendly. If you have any needs they always try to accommodate! On site laundry, 2 restaurants on the surrounding property, a daiquiri shop, grocery and convenience stores, bars, and other food options, all within waking distance. Always my go to place... 100% Highly recommend."

"Breakfast was extremely minimal. There was no syrup even for the waffles, no eggs, OJ was Sunny D. There was no one at the front desk for check in. We waited about 10 min. "

"The property is directly off of I20. The staff is very helpful and accommodating within reasonings. I have stayed here twice. I would stay again. There are a few stairs to use to the second floor, due to there being no elevator."
