"We absolutely loved our stay at this friendly and beautiful farmstay near Gloucester! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed,no strict rules, just freedom to enjoy the space, which made it feel like a true home away from home.The accommodation was incredibly comfortable and cosy. "We loved our short stay at Katandra and didn't want to leave. The homestead is full of warmth and character, with the open kitchen/dining/lounge area, fire place and the wrap around verandah being the focal points for us. We also rented the separate cottage, also with a great view of the farm and the lake. Our dogs were kept comfortable with wide open space and fenced enclosure when needed. The wood fired pizzas are a must do for this property. We highly recommend this property for those...

"Sure! Here's a shorter version of the review:---A Secret Place to Slow Down lives up to its name, quiet, cozy, and beautifully set in nature. The space was spotless, thoughtfully decorated, and incredibly relaxing. Close enough to Gloucester’s attractions but tucked away enough to truly unplug. The hosts were kind and attentive. A true hidden gem, we can’t wait to return!"

"The most spectacular 360 degree of the Manning Valley. The tiny house had floor to ceiling windows to lay in bed and watch the stars and sunrise. Lots of local small towns to explore. A gorgeous, peaceful, good for the soul weekend. Highly recommended for stress relief and total brain/digital decompress. "

"Alan and Eva were so lovely and kind during the stay. They were very accommodating and helpful! My friend and I had an amazing time staying here, watching the sunsets and sitting by the campfire. Lovely place to unwind and have a weekend off in nature. We got to see the cows and the lovely views around the farm. The cosy off-grid cabin felt like a home away from home. A very memorable experience. Thank you again Alan and Eva, we’ll definitely be back! "

"If you’re wanting to stay just outside the heart of foster this is a fabulous place especially for boat enthusiasts. The house is very large to accommodate families or group of friends. The layout is spacious well thought out and child friendly. The property manager is a pleasure to deal with and very accommodating. Would highly recommend! "

"The Lakeside Boathouse was perfect for our needs. It is exceptionally clean, well-decorated, with comfortable beds! There were only two of us, and although the property is listed for up to six people, it would have been quite cosy with even four people unless the weather allowed sitting outside.As stated in the description, the house is not actually on the lake, and it's worth noting that the location is very quiet and quite a distance from shops and beaches."
