"Great clean hotel with a great breakfast"

"Expedia needs to remove the “breakfast buffet” availability at this hotel because it actually no longer provides this. That’s the only thing we wished this hotel has. "

"Front desk was very helpful with checking us in. After traveling for almost 6 hours, all we needed was to lay down and rest. We checked in early and were very grateful that there was a room ready. The room, on the third floor, was very clean and smelled clean. Thanks to Jade for a thorough cleaning and great job. "Property was clean. Location was good it was around grocery stores, gas stations and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was well lighted and safe. Breakfast was served hot and nice variety."

"Our room was only cleaned one time over 5 days. We had to ask for new trash bags after doing it ourselves. Our “queen suite” for 3 adults did have two queen beds, but only one chair at a tiny wobbly table. We had expected a couch or at least another chair or two. Was clean-ish but not a lot of effort. "iman was great at Check in, she was so nice. the only really small detail was the bath tub was extremely slippery, I used a towel for my wife to stand on, at 71 could have slipped very easily. just a heads up on it rest was good. Thank you Alan Provancher"

"There was body fluids on the head rest, brown substances on the floor in the bathroom and sticky stuff on the floor. The staff referred us to use Expedia. We used Expedia we verified payment but Expedia did not send notification of payment to property. It took hours to be able to gain acess to the rented room. But first Expedia attempted for us to pay for an Uber to drive me and my family to another hotel and be reimbursed later they also got into a verbal altercation with the property...
