"We came after Universal Studios Horror nights and checked in late, at midnight. The guy at the front desk was fabulous. Something I noticed in reviews… our AC unit didnt turn on AT the unit. I turned it on and then used the dial on the wall to make it work. Then it worked perfect. Apparently there isss an elevator that comes from the garage to the front lobby, fyi. I just didn’t notice it. Theres also multiple levels in the underground garage.. we parked on the immediate floor that we...
