Pros : early check-in, easy process. Staff is all very friendly and courteous. Pool is nice but small. It was a good stay, complimentary breakfast with our reservation, great if you have kids to save you the hassle of morning rush. Internet was free and fast enough. The tv quality could be improved, we still found things to watch on our downtime. Water pressure for shower was good and housekeeping came to refresh linens and towels, also took out our trash while we were out. Black out curtains for rooms and very low hallway noise.
Cons were: the ac couldn’t seem to get to the temperature we wanted. The walls are a little thin we’re located right above the pool and we could hear anyone using it. They could dim the lights a bit at night as the bright lights flood into the rooms around it. I think we were above the house keeping area as well, we could hear rushing water every few minutes at night. Valet is expensive and there is no self parking.
