"Always nice to stay here. Our go to B&B. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was immaculate. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous facilities. "The Sunderland Holiday Inn staff were wonderful. I had a bad fall at the theatre and when I got back they couldn’t have been more kind and helpful, especially Kieran. "This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star.
