"The hotel was very nice and clean staff were helpful… but nothing around the area where u could go eat or just look around .. hotel food was ok but not great for the price ."

"The central forced-air heating had been turned off throughout the hotel after a recent heat wave. When we checked in it was 13°C outside and the room heat would not turn on. The Duty manager was unable to turn it on after five phone call attempts, requiring 20 mins wait each, allthis lasted until past 2AM, and waked-up by this manager calling to see if it was working yet. It was not, it was blowing colder air in to our room. He tried to move us to another room and same issue there, after 30mins...

"Great stay. I needed a room in between travelling days and the accommodation was super nice. Staff were super helpful and hotel has great restaurant and bar down stairs. Great stay all around. Kinda wish I stayed more then one night because it felt so relaxing."

"The hotel is an oasis of peace in a beautiful Surrey town. The staff were very helpful and the grounds are beautiful. The breakfast was excellent. However the room was not as luxurious as the photos had led us to expect. Also curry night needs to consider English tastes, the korma was so spicy I could not eat it, very disappointing. Overall I would recommend the hotel as the situation, grounds and staff were brilliant."
