"The room was clean and served its purpose; however, the hotel itself is very outdated. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the customer service at the front desk.
The staff member who checked us in was rude and seemed unwilling to answer our questions. When we asked about extending our stay for one additional night, we were told she was too busy to assist us and that we needed to make another reservation online. We found this response unprofessional and unhelpful.

"I have stayed here many times over the years and it was much better. This time the room was dusty/dirty, the bedding was wet, like it skipped the dryer and went right on the bed. There was no way to adjust the temperature. The ice machine was broke. We checked in late in the evening and had to try to communicate through a glass window with the ice machine humming loudly right next to us. Not a good experience. I won't even mention the XXX girls sign at the business next door."
