The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Door looked like it had been kicked in after a police drug bust. On the bright side the A/C was operational during a heat wave."

"The hotel itself is fine - a good-sized room and comfortable bed. The problem was that the undersized air condition unit in our room broke after the first night - during the heat wave on the Fourth of July weekend. Being a holiday, there wasn't a maintenance person to fix or replace it. The room was sweltering. The people at the front desk were very apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. This hotel would do well to install a central air-cooling system, as summers continue to grow...

"We had a bug infested room. The AC did not work well. Our key card died and we could not get in our room. There was visible mold in the air conditioner and around the room. The floor was rotted."

"So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room"
