"We liked everything except the toilet tissue; it was horribly thin. I would think be part of such a large chain of hotels the quality would have been a bit better. Otherwise, everything was great."

"The hotel itself is fine - a good-sized room and comfortable bed. The problem was that the undersized air condition unit in our room broke after the first night - during the heat wave on the Fourth of July weekend. Being a holiday, there wasn't a maintenance person to fix or replace it. The room was sweltering. The people at the front desk were very apologetic, but there was nothing they could do. This hotel would do well to install a central air-cooling system, as summers continue to grow...

"Sheets had holes in them and looked dirty, had to buy new clean sheets to place over it. The room had a strong odor, lights were dim as hell, bought and installed my own. Door looked like it had been kicked in after a police drug bust. On the bright side the A/C was operational during a heat wave."

The building and room entry systems were frequently dysfunctional, and, strangely, my room didn’t even have a headboard. The most serious issue, however, was the pervasive mildew or mold odor. Overall, I was profoundly disappointed with the facility."

"Typical Jersey Motel the smell, the look, the size. I guess if you compare prices it’s an ok price but definitely not worth the price for that room. 10 minutes from Point Pleasant I guess if you have no other choice."

"So when we got there there was no check in desk and the guy said on text that we need to go across the street to motel 6 to get a key card and pin for our door and when we got to motel 6 the lady said that she doesn’t know anything about the hotel next door and basically the guy lied and scammed us and we didn’t get see our room"

"The layout of the hotel is very inconvenient. There are no elevators to the rooms you have to take stairs. And it is an inside corridor hotel. It makes no sense."
