"Selve opholdet og servicen i informationen var super - mega sød receptionist der tog imod os -gav gode råd om tur til Salzburg. morgenmaden var super fin - fint udvalg. Vi spiste på hotellet en aften, maden var ok - men servicen tilsvarende dårlig - hende der skulle betjene os rendt rundt - alt for mange gæster til mængden af personale. "Beautiful, sweet and excellent staff"

"This place was better than any of the hotels we stayed in throughout Bavaria... loved the kitchen amenities and the views were actually of mountains! 10/10 i would recommend for anyone wanting to visit salzburg. Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season."

"Spent two nights here while visiting Salzburg: this was one of the very best experiences we’ve had. From check in through the end of our stay, the service was impeccable. Room was amazing - we were second from the top with a 270 degree view of the city. We had a multi-course meal at The Glass Garden and an informal dinner the next night in their restaurant/bar: excellent wine and drink selection, exceptional food, and again wonderful service. "Friendly and helpful front desk and breakfast staff! Room is much better than I remember from ten years ago, 5 star now. Booked this to be able to have the special ‘Sound of Music’ movie connection. As a note, contrary to what I had read on another website … the temporary S. of M. museum (that is opening in 2026 at ‘Hellbrunn ‘) artifacts are NOT located at the ‘Hotel Schloss Leopoldskron’."
