"Great overall. Cabin was clean and cozy but a little heavy with furniture to navigate around. No toliet so thank gooodness I packed some and left a couple rola for the next guests. "GPS directed us to the property. Convenient parking. Cabin is old, as described. Everything clean and in working condition. Way more space than we needed. We had the windows open for lake breezes during the day and kicked on the heat to take the chill out of the cabin in the morning. Kitchen was stocked for preparing meals. Groundskeepers are friendly and attentive. Waking to loon calls beats city noises! We will check here for availability in the future. "

"Everything was clean and well maintained! A very large storm moved through the 1st night of our stay and took out the power for about 12 hours, and the property owner was in contact with us throughout the whole process. We would definitely stay again!"

"House is in a great location for quick access to the Porkies. It was clean and stocked with the essentials. Only negative was that all of the tv remotes needed batteries, not a big deal since I didn't plan to watch much tv anyway. Great stay overall. "

"Joe, is a gracious host, and responsive to our questions. The check in and out process was a breeze. The home is nice and cozy perfect for a rest and recharge get away. We also enjoyed having a bonfire and a fire in the house. "

"Stayed for the weekend - perfect for the two of us. There are two bedrooms in unit 1, one queen and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Kitchen with stove and microwave and full refrigerator. Small living room area to sit with couch and comfy chair. Outside was nice. Fire pit and an upper deck with gas fire pit. Nice view of the area. Gas grill on site too. Overall clean and cozy. "The property was just what I expected for a wilderness setting, the cabin was beautiful inside and everything supplied, except food of course.The only thing was I didn’t realize the boat lift on the dock was for my use, which after my boat got swamped tied to the dock and I had to use the lift to make a recovery did I decide to use it for the rest of my stay, which was amazing. So the only suggestion I have is to put something in all the information about the dock and boat lift use.We had an...
