"I'd guess it's our 4th or 5th stay, our preferred base when venturing down to try our luck on the rivers. Basic but everything we need is included. We really enjoy the heavy flow shower and the pre diner drink spot overlooking the river...remembering always to bring camp chairs. Thanks again for letting us stay."

"We loved staying here and wish we could've stayed a few more days! Ross was so welcoming from the moment we got there. The views were gorgeous and the house was lovely. I would recommend sleeping with earplugs as there is a train the goes by at night, but otherwise the stay was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Really good place to stay with everything needed. Great kitchen and fire, and nice conservatory.Only issue was vacuum cleaner did not suck very well."

"A lovely cozy cottage with spectacular views. The cottage has everything you need for a short or long stay. The kitchen is cook semi-chef level. Heaps to do in the area. Our highlights were hikes to see Falls and Gollum's Cave."

"Excellent cozy holiday house. Very clean with all things present that were needed for an accomodation house. Comfortable beds with loads of warm duvets and spare blankets for the cold location mid winter. Extremely effective fireplace with exceptional firewood making warming the house very easy. Both my 9year old daughter and I very much enjoyed the brilliant range of kids books. Thanks loads Tracey and Steve. Was great getaway retreat to base from. Highly recommended. Close to tbe main road...

"Our team were very happy with the accommodation and the facilities and made their work trip a lot more comfortable to relax after some long days at work.Would 100% use again if working in the area and highly recommend. "
