"This was a beautiful condo. The beach area was breathtaking. It is an hour drive from any of the tourist attractions so if you are wanting to see the sights, keep that in mind. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is perfect. There are some homeless tents across the beach area, but I never felt unsafe at the resort. The only issue I had was that I failed to read the fine print on Expedia that check-in was before 5 and we should call for late check-in instructions. The condo never...

"we are boring people who just like a quiet beach without all the tourist thrills and frills. we loved the unit and the beach! yes, this community has a lot of homeless! if that is something that you are not accustomed to seeing or that makes you nervous, choose another location. "

Check in and return process were super streamlined and thorough, really appreciated the owners walking through all the features in person and being flexible with checkout location. There are lots of quirks that come with an older vehicle, like no ac and a bit slower highway speeds. It was nice staying on the west side of the mountain. Renting a car is a definitely must to stay here as I was gone most of the time exploring the island. "We loved this house, we were visiting for a wedding and this house was 10 minutes from the venue. Stayed with my elderly parents and two kids. Loved the third bedroom had a daybed and trundle for the kids. Everything is newly updated and very clean. Samson was lovely and checked in a couple times to make sure everything was going well. The backyard is a perfect little hangout and the kids loved it."

"We stayed for two weeks and the property was the perfect place to stay on the North Shore. The property has everything you need for your stay. It is very open planned and with the windows open a refreshing breeze blows through. It is also located beside the beach, which from what we could make out only has residents of the area there. "I chose this property because I was traveling with my 91 year old mother. We had a lovely large room, two beds, a full kitchen with utensils, a large bathroom, and a large private balcony. Our rom faced the sunset, with harbor and ocean views. We were able to park our rental car at a highrise parking lot in the next door building. Staff were very helpful. we'll definitely return!"
