"we had a total of 10 families with kids and we’re looking forward to the swimming pool. We called ahead to make sure the swimming pool was working and they told us it was. The pool was not in service and our kids had nothing to do after their baseball tournament. Very disappointed as we would have picked a different hotel if we would have been told the pool was still out of service three different families were told it had been fixed."

"The hotel was amazing. This was my first time staying at Ayres property as I had been wanting to for a while so when I saw the location and rates, I knew I had to take advantage of the deal. We stayed in one of the suites, which came with a cute little patio.
