"I have stayed in Laguna many times, but this was my first stay at Arabella. I booked the smallest studio, which was cozy, comfortable, and just perfect for me. Having a kitchen was so wonderful! It had everything I needed, and Pavilions market is just down the street. So much nicer that having to eat out the entire time. :) The garden is lovely and inviting, and it was quiet and peaceful during my stay. I never encountered management while I was there, but parking and checking in/out...

"This was such a cute home close to everything , lots of beach equipment provided which was nice. It is comfortable for a small family and it was great to have designated parking ! It was well appointed and very clean. I would say maybe add a pizza cutter, fly swatter and a dust pan. Great stay overall. "

"I have always wanted to stay on the boardwalk in Newport Beach and this trip didn’t disappoint. We loved the location, the porch, the bikes and the large family room. Great experience."

The home itself has a terrific view with the beach side wall being all glass, with a glassed in balcony. "Being so close to the beach and a tub for the kids, not to mention the outdoor shower and foot rinse available before stepping into the house was really advantageous. Also enjoyed the fire pit at night while the kids were asleep which was close enough to hear if they woke up/needed anything. "

"Very conveniently located. Great home right near the beach. Owner was very responsive to any questions that we had. Would recommend this property!"

"The condo was very spacious & comfortable. There was even a private, roofed patio in the back. The best thing is that it was a short (5 minute) walk to the beach. The second best thing is that I was there for 2 nights & never moved my car. I also enjoyed the hot tub—& it’s long, open hours. The staff was friendly & helpful. The only negative is that I was unable to hear the ocean from my room. It was an incredible value."
