"We had a great time at a family reunion, all three generations had fun. The house was clean and well kept. We had enough spaces to come together while at the same time space to spread out. We had an issue with the pool cover and the owner/property manager sent a handyman out relatively quickly. It was a great experience and we are very happy we booked this home for our trip."

"The lodge is beautiful, plenty of room for all of us, and just about everything we needed. It rained about every day, but we did some fishing and deck time in, and it was just a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Thank you, Mary!"

"Great location and was clean. Toilet is low to the ground so keep that in mind if you are tall or can't squat low. You also share your parking area with another tenant so it can be frustrating if they don't park on their side since there is limited space. These things didn't bother us or take away from our stay though! Would stay there again! "

"What an amazing property! It is an ideal set up for 2 couples. We went by ourselves this trip and had all the amenities you could possibly want. Midway downtown is so close we visited many of the shops and restaurants! Love this little town so friendly! And the interstate is close to get on and venture to Bourbon Tours, little surrounding towns and so many fun horse attractions. Thank you for opening your home to us! We can’t wait to return!!!"

"Very well kept property that had everything to make our stay comfortable & relaxing. Beautiful views on the deck & lots of wildlife to watch. Our dogs loved the glass doors so they could watch all the squirrels & chipmunks. Beds were comfy with coffee and a traditional drip coffee maker ready for us when we woke up (we are not big on Kurigs). Had fun visiting Wild Turkey, Woodford & Four Roses which are all super close to the lake house."

"This is a very nicely updated house with all the comforts of home at your fingertips. I could have only brought clothing, all other amenities and toiletries were provided. This property is very close to many attractions in Frankfort making it extremely convenient for exploration around town. The host was very responsive to my questions/needs. I will stay here in the future on return trips. "

"We had a great stay, and the owners were fantastic. Plenty of sleeping arrangements for 4 people, and everything worked properly. You can enjoy a nice walk down the property to the lake or grab some wood for a fire. Great listing for a nice little getaway. Would definitely stay here again."

"From the hot tub/cold plunge to the lawn games, outdoor theater, fire pit and indoor games, there is so much for everyone to do without leaving the property. We were even able to watch 4th of July fireworks from the upper level porch!The house is big enough for everyone to be together and big enough so you don't have to be.Beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels including extras for the hot tub. 2 full size refrigerators under counter beverage fridge. We loved the dining room table was big...

"We had a great stay. Host was very quick to respond to our questions. Home was clean and was the perfect size for two couples. The location was awesome and allowed us to easily visit all of our favorite distilleries. Would definitely come stay here the next time we want to come hit the bourbon trail."
