The Waco Charmer: Close to all the attractions!

Welcome to The Waco Charmer! This cozy home is close to all the popular attractions while being tucked away in a quiet neighborhood to escape the city noise. Inside you'll find comfy beds and a beautiful open-concept full kitchen and living room to watch all your favorite Sling/Netflix shows. Step out back to enjoy the fully fenced yard equipped with a string lit gravel patio, charcoal grill, fire pit, and cornhole. We are also pet-friendly so your fur babies are welcome to tag along with you!

Sleeping: Perfect for both small and larger groups. There is a king bed, queen bed, and two twin beds. If any extra sleeping space is needed, the two couches in the living room fold down to beds and an air mattress is provided.

Access: The entire space if for you to enjoy! You will receive a door code for the duration of your stay, keeping the check in/out process as easy as possible.

Security: The home is equipped with a full security system to put you at ease while traveling. There are 3 outdoor security cameras covering the driveway, front yard, and front door. There is also a motion sensor in the living room that will only be activated if you choose to arm the home while away.

Registration: We are a licensed short-term rental with the city of Waco and have been inspected for both safety and operation standards (STR001323-12-2022). No carbon monoxide alarm is present because no gas is used in the home.

The house was cute and well laid out. Each of the rooms has broken blinds which we remedied by closing the curtains. While it’s centrally located, it is in a sketchy neighborhood.

A weekend away !

Everything from the moment we booked the property til our check out date the host was always so communicative and engaged. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and the house was great everything we needed at our fingertips would definitely stay here again.

Great get-away spot!

We took a short trip for spring break and enjoyed our stay here. The house met all of our needs and was so cute! The owner was so easy to communicate with too. I highly recommend staying here! It was a great location and less than 15 minutes away from everything that we did.

House is super cute and neighborhood was quiet but area was pretty run down. Older home that has been redone. Well equipped home with plenty of towels in the bathroom and kitchen items.

Property needed work on bathroom floor in Master bedroom. House needed cleaning. Someone cut corners. Floors were dirty and sticky. Dirty dishes put away in cabinets. Rewashed dishes we used.

Sister trip to Waco

We had four of us staying in Waco for the first time. This little VRBO was a charmer. Clean, quaint and we never ran out of hot water showering, that’s a plus! Over all a great stay. Close to the attractions and easy to get to downtown Waco.

High School Friends Trip

We enjoyed staying at The Waco Charmer. Ashley went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay, her communication was excellent. The house is beautifully remodeled and very clean. The only downside to this charming lil house is it’s location.

Good place to land in Waco

We stayed in June, 2023. The heat outside was oppressive. However, the house was cool and comfortable although it was 100° +outside, it was 74 during the daytime inside.
