Just steps from the Magnolia Silos, Fabled Bookstore, Spice Market, and the vibrant energy of Austin Avenue, this first-floor retreat is the perfect launchpad for exploring the city.

Large windows fill the space with natural light, while modern industrial finishes create a clean and stylish atmosphere. The open-concept living area includes comfortable seating, a dining area, and a fully stocked kitchen, making it easy to unwind, cook, or gather with friends and family.

With room for up to six guests, the condo offers two comfortable bedrooms and three total beds. Smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free designated parking are all included to make your stay as seamless as possible.

We did not do any cooking during our stay but the kitchen was great for morning coffee, snacks and food that was brought in. We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, organized, and close to everything. We hope to come again.

We recently stayed at Mesquite Hideaway while moving our son into Baylor for his freshman year. We wanted a place close to campus that was walkable to restaurants and had enough space for our family of 5. Check in was a breeze, the building was secure (coded to get in) & the designated parking space was close by. The beds were extremely comfortable - which was a plus for my bad back - and the decor was cute and functional. We got caught in a huge thunderstorm during move in, so we really appreciated having the washer & dryer in the unit. Another huge plus was the amazing bookstore right next door. We love shopping local & Fabled Bookshop had so many cool things to bring home as souvenirs from our trip. We will definitely be back to stay!

Such a fun stay!!!

This was a girl’s getaway and we loved every minute! The loft is awesome and comfortable and has everything you need. The beds are super comfy annd the bathrooms are sizable and have all you need and the location is perfect for any shopping you have come to do at Spice Village! Fabled (the bookstore on the corner of the lofts building) is ADORABLE and was great to shop and sit and relax, the cutest! We’ll be back!

Quick overnight stay

Only stayed one night, but the condo was clean, quiet, and very comfortable! Perfect downtown location- don’t forget to grab coffee at Fabled bookstore in the same building for a nice treat.

This property was great! The location made it easily walkable for shopping and meals. The condo was very cute and comfortable. The hosts communicated and made arrival and departure so easy! Such a fun spot and the decor was perfect for girls weekend.

Great location for shopping

The unit was clean and cute. The Silos were about a ten-minute walk in one direction and in the opposite direction, Spice Village (a must see for shopping) was only one block away. We lucked into being their the same weekend as the Waco Farmers Market in their new location. It was walkable and worth going. The bookstore in the same building as our unit was the perfect way to end the night with a glass of wine and walking around looking at books.

Close to everything

My sister & I stayed here for a sisters weekend and loved it. The condo is close to everything including Fabled, a lovely bookstore just right outside in the same building. I do recommend packing slippers unless you’re staying in the warmer months. The concrete floors were chilly! But the condo itself is outfitted well with everything you need. Even though it’s on a busy street & basically on the ground level, we had no trouble with noise - pretty quiet overall.

Waco-Perfect Condo
