Very clean. That is my key factor when choosing a place to stay. Only appliance I used was the coffee maker. Host was easy to communicate with-I had a few questions & the reply was quick. Driving to “the silos” is more realistic vs walking. Don’t forget your shampoo & shower soap as that isn’t provide. Make reservations for Magnolia restaurant-it’s busy but good. Health Camp has great burgers!! The Dr Pepper Museum is good too.

The shower kept going from hot to cold, I couldn’t get it to just stay warm. Also I couldn’t get the tv to work in the bedroom, I just couldn’t figure it out.

The cottage was charming and perfect for our weekend getaway from Dallas. We enjoyed our stay there while also exploring the city of Waco including the Silos, antique shops, breweries and great restaurants. The weather wasn't favorable for walking to the Silos but it was a quick drive and close to everything.

Easy to find, clean, very handy to the silo’s Loved that there was washer/dryer available. We recommended the owner fix the heating and cooling unit in the front room of the house as it was very noisy, they responded that the matter would be corrected.
