Coach’s Quarters on the Creek- A Night in the Trees!

Our best feature is offering an amazing escape into the trees for your most unique and memorable getaway!! It’s “Treehouse Rustic” but with beautiful, quality decor, bedding and amenities! You’ll want for nothing in this private, tranquil setting! Bring a good book along for some downtime on the beautiful deck that overlooks White Rock Creek! Lots of free parking and you’ll definitely want to take a long stroll from the treehouse around our amazing 100 acre neighborhood.
Our 330 sq ft treehouse has a wooden ramp instead of steps for easy access to the trees! There is a lovely wrap-around deck offering two nice, remote places just to unwind and take in the scenery. Two Adirondack Rockers await you on the back deck!
The main room is open with a queen bed, small sitting area by picture window overlooking the creek, a kitchenette with Mexican tile mosaic countertop and full bath w/large, stunning walk-in shower and separate toilet area. You'll love the cobalt blue mosaic vanity in bathroom! The colorful kitchenette provides a small coffee maker, cups, light snacks, coffee/hot tea and a small microwave.
Up the stairs you'll find an inviting, cozy loft area with a twin and double bed. Caution to be taken with low ceilings. You’ll also find so many unique, added touches like the wood flooring that was originally a gym floor that we restored and repurposed. In the bathroom you’ll see beautiful vintage windows turned into cafe-style doors with stunning rain glass attached. All of our picture windows naturally bring in the beautiful nature of outdoors. The setting is predominately private so you may want to leave the zebra shades up for the views! A REAL vintage bonus: A refurbished & running, 1936 John Deere Tractor awaits our Treehouse guests for viewing & great photo ops!

Beautiful and relaxing property

Gary the owner is extremely friendly, and very helpful. The accommodations are very excellent, a little tight. If you bring food suggest you bring an ice chest, there are no full size fridges. Everything is close by if you wish to go out and eat

Relaxing Waco Getaway

The treehouse was a fun part of our sporting break trip to Waco. The treehouse is close enough to downtown that you can get there in 15 minutes, but far enough that feel away and secluded. The kids loved petting the miniature horse and exploring.

Weekend Getaway

Nice cozy little tree house. It was a quick weekend get away and the tree house was perfect for that. Very rustic feel inside. The back deck was nice. In the mornings and the evenings we would watch the deer as we drank our coffee. There was not a TV so we really got to spend time together and enjoy nature from the deck.

Anniversary Getaway!

Our stay at Coach’s Quarters unique treehouse was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the beautiful design, cozy atmosphere, and all the special touches that made it such a memorable experience. The hospitality was top-notch, and we truly enjoyed our visits with their adorable miniature horse, Chocolate Chip—she was the sweetest! We can’t wait to come back and experience this wonderful getaway again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and one-of-a-kind stay!”

Beautiful treehouse inside and out! We stayed during freezing weather and it was still cozy and accommodating. Sweet animals on the property greeted us and made it so special. Super close to all our Waco activities.

Peaceful place!

We came to visit our daughter at Baylor, but wanted to stay somewhere "different" and this was perfect! We especially enjoyed roasting s'mores in the fire pit and the miniature horse!! Great location, clean, and had everything we needed!

Unique Property!

If you are looking for a unique rental, look no further! This quaint treehouse takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. We enjoyed sitting on the deck in the quiet atmosphere and reading. There is no television. The description is accurate, so if you're not looking for this type of rental don't stay here. The owner was extremely kind and made sure our stay was great!

Fabulous 50th Birthday Celebration

We rented the tree house for a 50th birthday vacation for a few college friends. We enjoyed every minute spent at the treehouse. It was such a magical, whimsical experience! We were greeted by their sweet miniature pony, Chocolate Chip. She was a loving as the day is long. The treehouse was immaculate and every square inch was well thought out. The trees were magnificent! I woke up to a squirrel looking at me through the window. We were perched in his world. The best part was that it rained during our visit. The house is full of windows that gave us a front row view to nature and the rain gave us sounds that would rival the best sound machine. It was an 8-10 minute drive from all the best attractions. The hosts were gracious and took great pride in their amazing treehouses. If you’re looking for a great getaway and a vacation home that takes you back to your childhood wonderment, then look no further! You have found it! We will be back again and again. ❤️

Such a cute little treehouse

We love our stay. So different from the typical hotel. We enjoyed coffee outside in the rocking chairs. Lite a nice fire in the evening. Just perfect.

Cramped and not like the pictures!

My two brothers and I booked a stay in this treehouse. In part the booking error was my fault. I selected 2 when I had 3 quests. I didn’t think anything of it because there were 3 beds shown in the pictures. The host emailed me a couple days before sighting water heater issue and that I was being moved to a bigger house. The listing is misleading because it says sleeps up to 5. If you have 5 adults, this is not happening. You’ll be sharing a bed and one person will be sleeping in a fold out chair. If you are three grown men like me and my brothers, you will not fit in the 2 bed cabin that is claimed to fit 3-5 people. The pictures make the place look much bigger than it actually is. It’s so cramped for 3 people that we decided to just leave and rent another place. Forget about the bathroom door situation. Swinging doors = no privacy. We explained all this to the host and were told that she hoped people would read the description better. This place was incredibly hard to find and the streets are narrow and hard to get down if you have a larger truck. In the pictures it seems more remote than it is. It’s basically shoved in the back with two other cabins while being completely connected to another cabin. This is not an isolated retreat. It’s a cabin on the back of a private property and feels more uptight than relaxing. Ultimately I would not recommend any of these treehouses for 2 or more adult humans. Unless you’re a married couple with a child. Very disappointing!
