"The lady at the desk is super helpful! The room was very roomy and had a washing machine which was great. The hotel is close to the bus station, so you can get to Venice very easily! The hotel is kind of dirty. The trash is piled high by the dumpsters. The gate has a code but anyone can open the gate by turning the permanent key (that you also have to do to get out). The free parking was great, the price is super low, so for what we needed it really does deliver. "

"Simonette and her husband were great hosts. The apartment was extremely clean and air conditioned. Transportation(bus & tram)was easy to use and close to the apartment. It's about a 25 minute ride to Venice. I highly recommended staying here."

"I cannot say enough about this property, the history, the beautiful furniture, the size and the cleanliness. Nicola could not have been more helpful. He was very prompt to check-in. He explained the history behind the building in the furniture, which was wonderful. He also arranged for our pick up to the airport in the morning. We were meeting and suggested restaurants in the neighborhood, which were also wonderful."

"We had an amazing stay at the chalet. Antonia and Caterina are very thoughtful hosts, who were very helpful and friendly and provided a lot information for the stay. We found a very well equipped, cosy house; spotless clean. We can totally recommend."

"Overall property was good. Some things need improvement. Kitchen table and chairs are unsteady and need to be fixed. Kitchen lacks cooking utensils. Although there is washing machine, a dryer would also be useful. The heat in the rooms were subpar and when I tried to turn it on, water leaked from the heater. The heat in foyer and living room was fine."

"The bedrooms were very roomy and we enjoyed the terraces. The air conditioner worked very well and the street was quiet. The location was close to a mall and museum and on the main bus route. We were very happy with the property."

"The host is great, responded to the messages quickly and offered some additional info about visiting Venice. We were greeted personally and got a tour around the property. The brand-new unit is very spacious, comfortable, and has a giant terrace. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is a 5-minute walk to the train station. As the building is new, the washer has not been installed yet, and the Wi-Fi has not been connected."
