"Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location."

"All of our billing was messed up and our credit card had charges in duplicate and worse. I tried three times to fix withstaff, very dumb. Then I spoke withsupposed manager. We could not wait to leave, on the road nd manager not in. We told them we would cancel all billing with credit card by 12 noon. At 11:50 am I finally spoke with manager after three additional call. He said his name was Bobi. HE said corrections would be made but they still have not."

"It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations."

"Love how close and easy it is to get to Tinley Park! And across the street from Denny’s. Room was clean. No breakfast that I saw… Staff is very nice and helpful."

"Breakfast is typical buffet. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, some fruit. The property is well kept. The pool was closed for renovation and should be open by now but it is still closed. Shower lacks umph. Full hot is not quite hot enough. Beds are comfortable. Garbage truck loads just outside at 5:30 am, no alarm needed. Stayed for a week and will stay again."

"For sure 3 out of 4 rooms I was shown had visible and you could smell the MOLD. The 4th one you couldn't see but could smell mold. I'm highly allergic and suffer with asthma! Nastiest hotel i have ever been too in my life! It seems I will need to dig deeper to find my next hotel when I visit other states, because this one should not have been on the list at all! I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was past exhausted! This was the worst part of my trip!"

"Water leaked from the wall in between the tub and toilet when the shower is turned on which leaves a huge puddle of water that spreads into the room. I also left a horrible horrible smell and the attendant apologized but said that there was nothing they could do. Very disappointed"

"After having to scramble to find a room last minute this was available. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The floors looked new but the room was kind of ruin down. Was annoyed that there were no local tv stations to watch. "

"I honestly do not know how this hotel is operating at the price point they are charging. I checked in during a sold-out weekend in Chicago and paid nearly the same price I later paid at a much nicer DoubleTree, which made this experience even more disappointing. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt uncomfortable and unsafe. The hallways, rooms, and overall condition of the property gave very little confidence in cleanliness or upkeep.
