"Excellent hotel to stay at. Right off the expressway. Staff was helpful. Room was very clean. Newer flat screen tv. Comfortable mattress. Breakfast was excellent. Only reason it’s not a 5 star is because the pool is a little small."

"Staff are very friendly. The facility needs to be updated. Broken furniture in the rooms. Bathroom needs updating. Fortunately they were having the carpets, furniture and window treatments cleaned as we were checking out. Great location."

"Erica at the front desk was so friendly and professional. Checking in late you are exhausted and having such a kind greetings and a very comfortable room was exactly what we needed. Bed was comfortable and room was immaculate."

"Great team of staff. I requested to check in early and front desk staff were so sweet and allowed me to have my room 3 hours before 3pm. Amazing hotel. Nice breakfast. It was not fancy but the quality was exellent. Super close to the Met train station. All and all. I was very pleased."

"All of our billing was messed up and our credit card had charges in duplicate and worse. I tried three times to fix withstaff, very dumb. Then I spoke withsupposed manager. We could not wait to leave, on the road nd manager not in. We told them we would cancel all billing with credit card by 12 noon. At 11:50 am I finally spoke with manager after three additional call. He said his name was Bobi. HE said corrections would be made but they still have not."

"It's obvious there is a shortage of hotels that allow pets, as there were many here. The staff was pleasant, and everything was clean- which is much appreciated. The hotel needs some updates badly. The population of guests was unsavory. Marijuana reeked on the premises. It was a, you get what you pay for, experience. I'd not opt to repeat the stay unless no other options are available. Stinks to not be able to travel with your pet without downgrading your accommodations."

"My husband and I were staying there to celebrate his birthday. There was only one towel in the bathroom, but the reservations were for 2. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned or vacuumed in years. The air conditioner sounded like a train once in a while. The worst things were the beds As hard as sleeping on the floor and the springs underneath kept making weird noises. I couldn't get comfortable enough to go to sleep until 4 am and tons of Tylenol for the pain this bed was causing me."

"My family and I stayed here over Memorial Day weekend and we paid 521.00 for two nights m. The carpets need a deep cleaning, the security latch on the door was missing a screw, everything was covered in dust, the pipes in the wall screeched if water temperature was on hot. No one came to switch out our towels or sheets, when we inquired stated we need to go to the front desk. "We were so pleased! The beds were very comfortable and the staff did quite a good job cleaning each day. Location was good for visiting Chicago...about a 30 minute drive. There were restaurants and drug store close by, and gas was cheaper than in the city. Highly recommend!"

"For sure 3 out of 4 rooms I was shown had visible and you could smell the MOLD. The 4th one you couldn't see but could smell mold. I'm highly allergic and suffer with asthma! Nastiest hotel i have ever been too in my life! It seems I will need to dig deeper to find my next hotel when I visit other states, because this one should not have been on the list at all! I wish I would've taken pictures, but I was past exhausted! This was the worst part of my trip!"
