"The hotel was very nice, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was great with a good variety. The staff is nice and very accommodating. But…. Please be aware that the location is across the street from businesses and a sports bar. The hotel parking was VERY limited and many times people going to the bar would take up the spots. We were told there were designated spots in the ramp garage across the street. That was very disappointing and irritating since it required going up and down stairs...

"Terrible stay! Will be demanding a significant refund. Here 4 ‘and five days. On all five days we complained that there was no hot water, and we had to go to the front desk to do that because on all five days, they never answered their phone connection to the front desk. One desk clerk said that she was the only one there and didn’t have time to answer the phone. That’s absurd. Only decent thing was the swimming pool."

I would have put a 5 star but didn't know that there was no entertainment during our 3 day stay and we were looking forward to seeing a live performance and a drink by the bar, etc. but, will ask next time so that we can enjoy the full experience. Rooms were clean and fun and location is near everything that is in DT Phoenix and airport."

"This was the wrost homewood i have ever stayed at. The breakfast was cold and no one kept up with restocking breakfast. There was no elevator, had to carry all our luggage up to the 4th floor. They made us wait 1 hour in the lobby saying our room wasn't ready. When we finally got to our room It was still dirty and hot ,the cooler was set to a certain temp and they would not go lower.it was a bad experience that cost me1200.00 there was broken doors and no body wash in the showers and...

"Bathroom was fairly dirty with stains on the wall and a very dirty shower curtain. Also a lot of hair on the bathroom floor.
The rooms fridge had a broken leg and kept tipping forward. Was rough to deal with with a 11month old trying to stand up on it while it would tip forward. Ac controls were mostly all snapped off.
Walls had a few big sections with holes and ripped off paint spots were things were moved from with no attempt to patch or paint over. "
