"I stayed at the garden inn in Arcadia CA the night before and was excited to stay at another one the next night. But this one did not even remotely compare. The lobby was beautiful and the gal at the front desk was great considering I checked in at midnight. "The room was very clean and the A/C worked fine for the 110 degree weather. The bathroom fixtures all looked and operated as if new. Room service was available daily. I don't eat breakfast, so I didn't visit the breakfast room. I had to visit the front desk for check in, get another key and check out. Each time the staff were very pleasant and engaging. This was my second stay, as I have family in the area. Parking was easy and the area is very clean."

"The staff was very welcoming when we arrived early and said it was okay to check in because our rooms were ready. She even put our rooms next to each other (my daughter had the handicap room). Thank you.
The breakfast was very nice, thank you. CLEAN AND LOTS TO CHOOSE FROM
I even saw wheelchairs there by the front check in desk and thought that was excellent for this hotel to be prepared with them. I understand now because I never been to Arizona when it was 111 degrees. WOW.

"It’s a new property so everything was immaculate and I would highly recommend. A little concerned about soap and lotion dispensers being mounted right next to an electrical outlet.
Great location near so many restaurants and shopping. The included breakfast and brew your own coffee was great. Only thing is the main street is so busy it’s a little difficult to turn in and out"

"Our room was supposed to be discounted because the AC was blowing all night making noise and the reason we rented the room was because it was wheelchair accessible for my sister-in-law because she just got out of the hospital and wasn’t able to go up the stairs at her home for a couple days and the shower in the wheelchair accessible restroom was broken and nothing was done about it. The manager said that we will get refunded for both days and we have not received that."
