"The single room is in the attic upstairs, small but clean and sufficient. The bathroom is private for the guest, located just outside the room, and is clean and spacious. The staff is very friendly. The location is a bit far from the city center, but not excessively. Highly recommended."

"Started off in a room with a tiny shower, smaller than a cruise shower. Spoke to the staff and upgrade to a different room which was amazing. The staff was very helpful and always happy to great you. The breakfast was a little expensive. I ordered the French toast that came with ham and cheese. What came out was a grilled cheese sandwich, lol??"

"I stayed in the scooter/industrial room. Nice room, clean, good shower, decent bed, tv (can access netflix and youtube), fridge and safe. Communal area has good coffee machine, fruit, biscuits. Hotel was close to the SM train station (easy walk) and a short walk to main tourist area/attractions. I think the tram from the airport passes the hotel and there's a stop nearby . Owner made herself available for an early check-in. Only (minor) downside is that my room faced outside onto the road so...

"Bellissimo soggiorno a Firenze, Riccardo il proprietario é stato davvero gentilissimo e disponibile nell'accoglierci e fornirci tutte le informazioni necessarie, consigliandoci anche dove andare a mangiare. Il quartiere non é lontanissimo dal centro, é comunque una zona periferica con i suoi pro e contro, ottimo il bar Leopolda per la colazione, di sera serve un po' di attenzione. Nel complesso molto soddisfatta! "
