"During our trip, we stayed in four different cities/rentals throughout Italy. Aparto Florence manifattura was by far our favorite. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in explaining how to get around the city, places to go, and recommendations. We had four in our group, the room was large enough for us to unpack what we needed, and very clean. Definitely recommend! "

"Very nice - modern and clean hotel with great breakfast and very helpful staff. just outside the hotel there is a tram line and mini bus stand to commute the different parts of town. The only negative part was smaller room size but all other positive features of the hotel and staff overcomes this minor deficiency."

"Shoutout PORTLAND OREGON!! Everything was great, no issues. Arrived at 10pm even though check in was at 3pm. No hassle or problems at all. I did the private room for 4 for me n my family. Friendly staff and great drink/food options. They have social gatherings as well for free. Definitely a great area to get all over!"

"I stayed in the scooter/industrial room. Nice room, clean, good shower, decent bed, tv (can access netflix and youtube), fridge and safe. Communal area has good coffee machine, fruit, biscuits. Hotel was close to the SM train station (easy walk) and a short walk to main tourist area/attractions. I think the tram from the airport passes the hotel and there's a stop nearby . Owner made herself available for an early check-in. Only (minor) downside is that my room faced outside onto the road so...

"We had a corner room at a busy intersection and were worried about the noise. Our room was so quiet at night, the window coverings blocked all the sound so we had great sleeps. Location is good, close enough to the touristy area to easily walk. Great little coffee shop across the street for your morning cappuccino. Clean and tidy. Elevator available which was great for our suitcases, but be warned it is hilariously slow. Would stay again. "

The instructions were not crystal clear and they don’t have a reception, so finding the right gate (left side of the cafeteria in the corner) was tricky as it didn’t have any sign as well.
