"Made a reservation through Expedia, and paid in full and paid for a taxi ride. "The place is old but is kept in good condition. Failure to remove snow and especially dangerous ice buildup around the property made walking very dangerous. Hotel phone system did not work. Room was cold and complaint took 2 days to see response. Guest parking requires phoning a local number to have the gate open to exit, a stupid system for people without roaming mobile phone feature, or worse, with no mobile phone. The place seems to think everyone has a mobile phone. "
