"Everything was good except the beds. The matresses were just mattress toppers about 3 inches thick and very uncomfortable"

"Excelente hotel, bien localizado, el desayuno muy bueno"

"Great location and helpful staff. The room is a bit dated but well maintained and I like the decor that gives the spirit of palace and also the view from the room to the old town is gorgeous."

"This is one of the best hotel I ever stayed. I stayed in a room worth the price and I get to join the breakfast (due to early check in) for only €10 with a variety of meal options. It feels like staying in a convent or a palace. Its also like a 12-15 minute walk to the bus station. I am really happy for choosing to stay in this property."

"Great location, and the view from my room was wonderful. Cheers"

"Poor functionality, no fridge, few plugins, bare bones hotel"

"We had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Hotel in Vilnius. The hotel is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and perfectly located — it truly lives up to its name, with every detail thoughtfully taken care of. The staff throughout the hotel were exceptionally friendly and helpful. On our last day, they even helped us with our Bolt ride and large suitcases, making sure everything went smoothly.
