"This property has ac which was amazing during a heat wave. The location is stellar. However, the rooms are much, much smaller than advertised and we did not receive the room we paid for. It has been impossible to get someone’s attention to this matter."

"The location was excellent! The Underground station was only about a 7-minute walk away, making it easy to get anywhere in London. Kensington Palace and Hyde Park were just around the corner, which was perfect for walks and especially great if you’re traveling with kids. There was also a Whole Foods nearby for groceries, and plenty of pubs and restaurants right outside the door. The apartment itself was a good size and had everything we needed, but it could have been cleaner. Some of the dishes...

"We stayed in the fourth floor and the view of the neighborhood was fantastic. Clean and quiet building overall. Central location in Hampstead, and steps away from the Tube."

"The other reviews aren’t exaggerating, the rooms are quite small but nice and clean. Visited during a heatwave and they do not have ac, but they do provide a fan for the room. Very nice to have the few kitchen appliances and amenities that they did."
