"We stayed for one night and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, with an easy walk into the historic centre while still being in a quieter area. Parking was simple and convenient, which was a big plus. Our room had a balcony that we enjoyed, the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Lucca."

"The staff were lovely, the property was clean and conveniently located. We stayed at the property on a Friday and Saturday and the outdoor noise was very loud at night. Based on the number of young adults on the streets, I assume this is common everywhere within the walls. Luckily, my kids were able to sleep through it. Breakfast was lovely and the staff was very accommodating for my celiac son."

"Favorite hotel stay so far in Italy! Super gorgeous hotel and courtyard. Free washer in basement. The 1 bedroom apartment was big enough for 4 adults and then some. Staff was so helpful and kind. On site restaurant served a delicious breakfast. Location was absolutely perfect. Would come back!"

"Check in got less then perfect bc the hotel isn’t staffed 24/7 which caused a little stress. But the staff was great and made a plan for us in case our train was late (it was). Fortunately the manager was still here when we arrived. Great staff, great room, AC!!!, and really comfy bed. Would definitely stay again!! (Note I dinged them on price - but price was pretty comparable to all hotels iirc - so maybe the ding was more about hotels in general vs this one specifically)."
