"Th layout of our room Premium twin was very challenging. Shower Room completely transparent, opposite the only window, for 2 women sharing a room, it is VERY difficult. The long sofa faces the shower with no small coffee table to hold drinks. We travel a lot, this is one of the most difficult room to handle. BUT the staffs are wonderful: especially the dinning room Teresa and Christiane; attentive, polite and effective..thank you"

"Area surrounding hotel was nice and it was easy walking distance to the historic centre. Staff were really helpful. We had a privilege garden view room and it was pleasing - nuxe shampoo/ conditioner , shower gel etc and a Dyson hairdryer which was a nice touch . Dressing gowns also provided. Breakfast was ok- enough on offer to please most . Would definitely recommend and would return if staying in Porto again . The pool ( heated) was a welcome addition after a day exploring Porto . "

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto. L'hôtel ayant contribué à cette satisfaction. L'hôtel est bien placé, la chambre était très propre avec une belle déco et une literie confortable. "Fantastic hotel - would absolutely stay again! The property is new and was built rock solid so you do not hear neighbors unless they blast music through open windows (which did happen a couple times, but it was mid-evening, so totally understandable). Location is perfect with many attractions in walking distance, but also plenty of amenities available right in the building if you don't feel like going anywhere. The toiletries in the room were among the best I've used in a hotel! Quality...

"Wonderful stay! The historical atmosphere at this hotel is amazing. They have embraced the history while keeping up to date with accommodations visitors enjoy. "Decepcionante: No merece la pena pagar por el “upgrade” de vistas y falta de orientación al cliente El hotel ofrece la opción de pagar un extra por una habitación en una planta alta con “vistas”, pero esto es engañoso. La diferencia de precio no está justificada, ya que las vistas no son realmente destacables. Recomiendo reservar una habitación estándar y ahorrar ese coste adicional. Además, la atención en recepción no fue la esperada. La recepcionista insistía en vender su punto de vista en lugar de escuchar y atender las necesidades del cliente, lo que demuestra una falta de orientación al servicio. Un trato más empático y centrado en el huésped mejoraría la experiencia en el hotel."
