"Very quiet with good dining on site and good food. Close to old town shops. Uber transportation works great but other ways are available. The staff was pleasant and very helpful "

"absolute highlight of this Hotel is the truly spectacular architecture. It was once a private bank. Not sure of the exact vintage but late 19th century art nouveau. One of the most impressive and beautiful buildings I’ve ever stayed in. The incredible bronze safe in the lobby is worth the price of admission alone. Location is perfect. A minute’s walk from the old town. I can’t remember much about my room but I’m sure it was nice!"

"Everything was great, very close to the old town, area without noise, and the staff very friendly. The room was great and spacious taking also into consideration our teens needs. My only recommendation is related to the breakfast served. Croissants could be fresh and not the ones in plastic bag with preservatives, the cereals could be in nice jars and not in the supermarket packaging, the cheese, ham and vegetables could be sliced better. This would improve the aesthetic of the buffet."

"I recently spent two nights at Hotel Phoenicia Express and had a very pleasant experience. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. "Room was beautiful and also very clean. Staff were very helpful, location is central to the old town Breakfast was so so, some fresh cut fruit would be nice (some apples and bananas on the side but that was about all). I was at the front so it was quite loud as it faced one of the main streets in the old town but i knew where i was staying so i knew it was likely to not be the quietest "

"The property is in the heart of Bucharest. Well equiped, modern, it offers all you need for a good stay. Recommend adding instructions on the wall for operating the stove. The Europian style ( child protection) is not known to 3rd world countries (like America). Good price too."

"I liked that Hotel was clean, neat, everything close to airport and dinning available on premises and room service convenient and fast. Always pick breakfast included options, it's worth it and they serve a great variation of stuff for breakfast. What I wish was better is their airport shuttle. I thought it was included in reservation and someone would pick me up when I arrived, but I had to schedule a pick up shuttle option 24hrs before arrival. Luckily Uber was available. "
