"Perfect location to attend Ribfest at Mystic Lake Casino on Friday night, have a relaxing weekend at the local pool & in the hot tub, then see Shinedown at the Target Center on Monday night. The house was very comfortable & AC worked great! Host was quick to answer questions, but we didn't experience any issues during our stay that we needed to contact him for. "This is a beautiful house in a serene, peaceful neighborhood close to amenities. It was the perfect rental for our large group to decompress while we put on a wedding at a nearby venue for my son. We especially enjoyed the wildlife in the area."

"The neighborhood it was in was centrally located which was nice but I can't say it was a good neighborhood. Sirens went off at all hours of the day and night. We had at least one instance of someone who was clearly on something loitering outside the building one night. The property was very clean however housekeeping didn't finish the laundry and it would have been left in the washer for a week if we hadn't needed to do laundry ourselves.
